Our Online Store will be opening soon. In the meantime, we accept telephone orders at: (661) 284-6200.
We are generally able to ship most products within 48-72 hours of receipt. However, if we anticipate an item to be out of stock, we will notify you immediately within 24 hours.
Once an order has been placed and processed, and the product(s) packaged & shipped, the items are not returnable nor refundable unless:
- The product is defective or damaged via shipping upon arrival. This must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt either by telephone (661) 284-6200 or e-mail support@birdbungalow.com. We will then arrange for a new shipment & return of damaged product to us. YOU MUST FILE AN IMMEDIATE CLAIM WITH THE SHIPPING CARRIER (Federal Express, UPS, etc.)
PLEASE NOTE: Once a toy, food item, perch, etc. has been opened and exposed to your bird, we cannot take it back for sanitary reasons. All of our customers appreciate the knowledge that any product purchased from us has not been used by any other bird or handled by any other people. The fact that you “tried it on your bird and he/she does not like it” is not a viable reason to return it.
Again, ONLY DAMAGED ITEMS REPORTED WITHIN 24 HOURS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
