We are generally able to ship most products within 48-72 hours of receipt. However, if we anticipate an item to be out of stock, we will notify you immediately within 24 hours.
Once an order has been placed and processed, and the product(s) packaged & shipped, the items are not returnable nor refundable unless:
PLEASE NOTE: Once a toy, food item, perch, etc. has been opened and exposed to your bird, we cannot take it back for sanitary reasons. All of our customers appreciate the knowledge that any product purchased from us has not been used by any other bird or handled by any other people. The fact that you “tried it on your bird and he/she does not like it” is not a viable reason to return it.
Again, ONLY DAMAGED ITEMS REPORTED WITHIN 24 HOURS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
